My stay here at Harry S. Truman V.A. Hospital has truly been one of my best, if not the best hospital experiences I have ever had, and that is a testament to the people you have working here. What every shift change has brought was a new caring nurse into my life, and today's nurse, Rudy as she is called, is the kindest, hardest working, and most professional in over 10+ hospital stays over my lifetime. There was no single deed but an entire shift full of meeting my heart's desires when I wanted them. She caringly fulfilled them all. There are not enough words in the English Dictionary to describe the heartfelt appreciation.
But this goes out to the entire team here as well. You have all made my stay exceptional and for that I must say, Thank You!
