Johnna is a Tier 1 Leader and beloved by not only her team, but is also highly regarded and sought out by everyone in the facility, even at a system level. She is loved and respected not only by her department, but by the whole hospital. Johnna's teammate engagement scores are higher every year. She is one of the highest-scoring leaders within our Hospital.
