He is a good listener with an open door, mind, and heart. He always gives time for everyone to share their concerns and feedback. He has excellent communication and relationship building skills. He is never judgmental. He is always in good mood and great sense of humor.
Whenever anyone encounters any problem, Mr. Johnny is available for support, mentoring, and problem-solving.
Our hospital is new, and there is immense pressure at all levels. However, Mr. Johnny absorbs all these challenges very gracefully. He never hurts anyone with a word or action. He has a high tolerance level and forgiveness for everyone.
