Through his close connection with patients, he compassionately uses singing to lift the mood of depressed patients going through terminal illnesses. He is an inspiration for most of his patients on their journey to wellness and is described by most of the patients as dedicated, friendly, welcoming, receptive, caring, respectful and responsive.
