I would like to nominate Joie Bato from the TCU as a recipient of The DAISY Award. Mr. Joie, a TCU Head Nurse, is incredibly dedicated to his profession and his coworkers. His commitment to excellence is demonstrated by his active participation in committees and events.

Resilience is one of his strongest traits, and his capacity to promote a cooperative and encouraging work atmosphere beyond his limits. He consistently offers unreserved assistance, showcasing his outstanding teamwork and skill capacities. In addition to sharing his knowledge and experience with his colleagues, he serves as a mentor and role model, offering advice on efficient nursing management that complies with hospital standards.

The standard of care provided to patients and their families is directly impacted by his leadership. He has graciously offered to step down from his managerial role to return to bedside nursing whenever needed. His willingness to prioritize patient care exemplifies true management and compassion. His commitment to our mission is truly inspiring, and it serves as a reminder of the core values that drive our work. I am proud to work alongside such dedicated individuals who put the needs of our patients first. Mr. Joie is one of the selfless and truly dedicated staff.
