I listened to Joie discuss my father's care to the doctors during rounds this morning. I was very impressed with the details that she remembered and gave to the doctors. She even remembered questions that I asked and made sure she was able to give me an answer or it was answered by the doctor. She was also very kind to my dad and family. She was always there to help in anyway. We never felt that Dad was being forgotten. She did a fantastic job and I really think she is a top achiever! I hope she knows what a difference she made during this difficult situation. Thank you, Joie.
