Jojo seemed genuinely happy to be doing her job. Very happy, always smiling and my son said once after she left the room, "I love her dad, she's a great nurse". Always ready to get him whatever he needed. She shared a football story with us about her sons (my son plays football). Just made it seem personable. Again, everyone there was great.
