Over the last 6 months, we have seen a decline in a family member’s health. Without Jo, I feel we would have had numerous ER visits over that time. Jo went above and beyond, and still does to ensure she is feeling good and avoiding the ER.

One example was that my family member was in so much pain due to a fractured rib that Jo quickly received authorization for a pain injection and gave it to her within 30 minutes of receiving that phone call. This not only reduced their pain, but also increased her ability to get comfortable and rest, and above all avoided an ER visit.

Most recently, Jo answered phone calls and patient online services (POS) messages to help get needed medication refilled and answers for a current issue, and she even helped get urgent appointments with their primary care provider.

Jo is truly an amazing nurse who puts the needs of the patient first. Caledonia Clinic is very lucky to have her. I know she will do whatever is needed to help out as I have seen her compassion firsthand.
