We had a rough start at the hospital but were very lucky to get Jolene for our nurse on the morning of day two. She is very compassionate and caring. She made my son laugh and was so gentle. She is very knowledgeable and teaches well. We had her for day 2 & 3 and were thrilled with her bedside manner. She is a fantastic nurse. It was also nice to have her two days in a row.
