Jolene D Murphy, RN

It is a pleasure to work with Jolene. She is hardworking, dedicated, and kind, and she goes above and beyond for her patients. I was with Jolene one night when she had a patient whose husband passed away while she was in the hospital. Jolene sat with her, held her patient’s hand, and cried with her patient. She showed so much empathy and kindness. Jolene prayed with her and went into the room to sit with her in between her patient care. She comforted this patient and made time when we nurses were always busy. I still get emotional thinking about that night, and I'll always remember it because it inspired me to be a better, more empathetic nurse. Jolene is not only a wonderful nurse to her patients, but she is also an excellent team leader. Jolene always helps her fellow staff and is respectful to everyone. She is the epitome of professionalism.
