Jolene Fraise, LPN, a member of our Orthopedics team at Ochsner Health Center - Shepherd Square in Diamondhead, Mississippi, was nominated for the DAISY Award for going above and beyond for a patient in need.
When a surgical patient was found to have complications involving a previous implant from an unknown surgeon, Jolene took action, coordinating with various people and departments on their behalf. "She diligently worked within the system to arrange the patient's transfer to the main campus, ensuring they received the specialized orthopedic care needed," her team shared. "Jolene has been recognized several times by patients, providers, and other staff for her caring and consistent work!"
