I had hip surgery and was so scared and full of tears especially when I learned I had to have a spinal. When Jolene came to get me for surgery and saw me in tears, she had nothing but hugs and love towards me when I said, "See you later," to my husband. I cried into the OR room and Jolene said, "Honey I'll be right with you," and also had tears flowing with me. When I had to sit and bend for the spinal, she continued to hug me tight and kept my mind occupied. She has gone way above and beyond showing excellent patient care. She treated me like I was her own daughter! She's awesome!
