Jolene always goes above and beyond, not only for her patients but for her patient's family members as well. Tonight, Jolene was taking care of a family in need and overheard the patient's daughter saying, "my feet are soaking wet and so cold." Jolene, with her caring spirit, brought the patient's daughter a pair of brand-new winter boots. The daughter and mother hugged Jolene with tears in their eyes and thanked Jolene over and over again! This was something I will never forget witnessing and something so special. Thank you, Jolene, for always going above and beyond. You are amazing!
