Igniting a light in others is what this Leader does naturally. She gives of herself consistently and inspires others to be the best version of themselves. She has dedicated her career to giving back and with each new challenge, she brings her team through with dignity, grace, and a never-ending attitude of optimism and a "can do" spirit.
She has implemented many improvements and transitions over the last year and a half and has always engaged the team and leaders to explain, get them on board, and implement with the full support of her team. In this short time, she has transformed the entire intake model, while finding efficiencies and taking on new regulatory requirements of enormous importance... all the while she was attending college full time to complete her BSN and finished with a 4.0 GPA. She is buoyed by the stories of her team and also held them up when they lost a beloved colleague to a sudden and tragic medical event.
She always delivers a version of herself that leads and inspires every individual. Her team is quick to adopt a family or community agency during the holidays and to volunteer to help others whenever asked. She has built new and evolving relationships across 13 counties and is quickly respected by all who work with her. Her strong push to drive relationships has allowed the team to build new referral sources and continuously improve the reputation of BayCare. Her strengths are many, but her greatest attribute is allowing herself to go beyond her comfort zone to lead with compassion and integrity.
