Jolita embodies what makes a great nurse. She is compassionate and empathetic and acts as an advocate for her patients. Furthermore, Jolita is an excellent team player and her co-workers depend upon her. Just the other day I was extremely busy, and so was Jolita. She took the time to help me by prepping a patient for a procedure without me even asking her for help. She did it automatically because Jolita always makes patients her first priority and she knew I was busy. This is just the kind of nurses she is, a true DAISY nurse.
