Jollisa Mobley, RN
We are proud to recognize Jollisa Mobley, RN, as our July DAISY Award recipient for her extraordinary commitment to patient care, clinical excellence, and compassionate nursing practice.
Jollisa exemplifies what it means to be a DAISY Nurse. In a demanding role that includes managing a high volume of triage calls, hospital follow-up calls, and patient concerns, she consistently demonstrates exceptional professionalism, empathy, and dedication. No matter how busy or challenging the day becomes, Jollisa approaches every patient interaction with patience, kindness, and a calm presence that reassures those in her care.
One of Jollisa's greatest strengths is her ability to connect with patients and families during times of uncertainty. She has a remarkable gift for calming anxious patients, listening attentively to their concerns, and explaining complex medical information in a way that is understandable and empowering. Patients feel heard, supported, and cared for because Jollisa takes the time to ensure they fully understand their care plans and feel confident in the next steps of their healthcare journey.
