RN Joly has been a nurse for 33 years, working in the ICU for 14 years, the PACU for 12 years, and the Day Surgery for 7 years of dedicated nursing service. RN Joly consistently exemplifies the compassion, clinical and critical excellence, and commitment to patient-centered care that this award represents.
RN Joly goes above and beyond during every interaction, ensuring that the patients feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. She takes the time to listen, explain treatments and plans of care clearly, and provides emotional reassurance during some of the most vulnerable moments in patients’ lives. Patient families often express gratitude for her kindness, patience, calm demeanor, and ability to bring comfort and clarity in their most difficult situations.
In addition to providing exceptional bedside care, RN Joly regularly takes on charge responsibilities when needed, demonstrating strong leadership and good team building.
