Jolynn has been our champion. She goes out of her way to accommodate us, get the proper treatment and tests. Our Mom is in Urbana, and the "adult kids" live on the East Coast. Jolynn understands how difficult it is to help an elderly parent from a long distance. She promptly returns our calls, answers our questions and rearranges the schedule when we can get to town. Jolynn is working hard to ensure top quality service and care is always present. Our hats go off for her!
