Jon took care of me for several shifts and each time I knew I was in good hands. I always felt I had his undivided attention and never felt rushed during our many conversations. He makes you feel like you are his only patient. The moment that stands out above the rest occurred on his first night of taking care of me. He asked to hear my story and responded with asking permission to pray together because he could not wait until he got home to pray for me. Jon was the first person to pray with me here, he touched my heart, and he reminded me I was not alone in this journey.
