Jon went above and beyond to make sure that we were not only being taken care of on a busy ER day, but also answered all questions in a timely manner. My mother had many tests that day, and Jon always made sure to inform us and follow up afterwards. When it was time to be released, he even went the extra mile to help me to my car, as I have mobility issues, it was raining, and all the ER spots were taken when we arrived. It was a long day, but he was always there with a bright smile! I have taken my mom to the ER a few times, over the years, as she is now 85, and Jon made this the best experience that we have had!
