An ERT was called on my patient. Jon was by the elevators and I asked him to assist. He willingly helped and was very essential during the ERT - started IV access, calmed the patient and helped calm the other RNs during the situation. He took the patient to CCU. This wasn't part of his responsibilities today and he stepped up and was essential in stabilization of this critically ill patient.
