Jon is the definition of a team player! He always comes to work with a positive and serving attitude. His flexibility knows no limits; he willingly floats to ICU as needed for staffing coverage. Jon has such a serving heart that it is infectious. He reminds those around him that we are healers and to care for patients from a place of love. He is incredibly patient and always so positive. I would want Jon to care for my family.

Jon spent the majority of his shift consoling an anxious patient who was struggling with her BIPAP and COPD exacerbation. He shared his love for Jesus with her and held her hand and sang songs with her. It was extremely moving to staff members and a reminder to all of us how impactful we can be. His voice is beautiful and so is his heart.
