The patient I was taking care of had lost his walker somewhere between outpatient hemodialysis and our emergency department. After multiple calls, it was found to be left at the dialysis center. In order to safely discharge him home and positively impact the patient experience, Jon offered to pick up the walker at the outpatient dialysis center. Jon did not think twice about this decision. It shows his compassion, teamwork, dedication to his patients that he displays every day. It is a true honor to have Jon as a part of our team.
