Lieutenant Jonathan James has patient centered care! I noticed his decisions were based on my care as a patient. He helped me create a plan and made me feel comfortable. He is very knowledgeable, and you can tell he is very experienced. His bedside manners are wonderful and respectful. He listens to me and my concerns and then executes as best he can. He is very professional at what he does and clearly loves his job! He is also very committed to providing high quality care for his patients. He is so very kind and as a patient I respect that more than anything. I think he is a very valuable asset to your nursing staff and madigan. Keep up the good work James! He definitely needs to be recognized as an A+ nurse, and we need more like him!
