During our sad and devastating time, hoping our daughter would recover, it was my son who first noticed how caring and kind Jonathan was. I began to take notice and listen to Jonathan's words of hope and compassion, explaining time and time again what was going on - not only to us but also my daughter who, despite being unconscious the whole time, was treated as if she could hear what was being said.
His encouragement to us was endless, his compassionate voice and words, his ability at his work, his thoughtfulness towards my daughter, me and my son, is, without doubt, something that will stay in our memories for a long time to come.
For a person that doesn't know my daughter or family personally, Jonathan finds time to look at photos me and my son have on our phone and laugh and cry with us and he certainly is a person of great care and compassion.
