Dear Johnny, Before I get discharged from the hospital today, I wanted to let you know how much of a pleasure it was to have you as my nurse. As I have always had a big heart for things and especially people, I wanted you to know that I love you and so does God. I will strive to get better and stronger every day and I will never give up. I see it as a blessing that I was able to get to know you here. Really, thank you for all your help, you have been great. In my opinion, you are a great example of a nurse. You are caring, helpful, and nice as well. You are a good definition of a nurse.
