I appreciated the time Jonathan spent at my bedside talking, teaching, explaining everything he was doing. The empathy he showed me eased my anxiety by making me laugh and by getting the IV on the first try. He made me feel comfortable before and after my scary surgery. I felt well cared for and I was treated like a person and not a patient.
