I am 68 years old, a mother, and a grandmother. When I was told that I had a heart attack, I was devastated. I never had any problems with my heart. As I was being prepared for the procedure I began to panic with fear and became an emotional wreck, but God sent his angel Jonathan. Yes, during these times it makes a difference. I am a black senior, Jonathan a young white male. He held my hand not once, but twice, and talked me through what was going to happen. He gave me a sense of security. While he held my hand, my fears and anxiety about not knowing what results I would get went away. I had no family there and I believe God sent Jonathan as a comforter. As long as I live, I will never forget this young man holding my hand with warmth with compassion. It was real. I went through the procedure with flying colors and all good results. Jonathan encouraged me. He told me I had nothing to worry about.
