We were lucky enough to have Jonathan for 3 straight days. He was a good listener, a wonderful resource for knowledge, and a pleasure to be around. With a very sick husband with speech issues and a hard guy to get an IV started, Jonathan was patient and kind and treated my husband with respect and courtesy on every occasion. What a nice young man to interact with in a very difficult situation. He always took extra time to explain the medical issues we were facing. And never acted hurried or rushed. He always wanted to spend time to make sure we understood.
