A patient wanted to take the opportunity to recognize her assigned nurse, Mr Jonathan Sosa. The patient stated that he is very attentive and he shows empathy to the patients. The patient stated he is very talkative, so he talks to her while he takes her vital signs or when he gives her medications, which makes her feel comfortable. Nurse Sosa is an example of being kind to others.
