Jonathan Ward, RN

My nurse, John, is a highly skilled individual. He had such a kind and personable demeanor. His expertise put me at ease during a really stressful time. I never thought I would be laughing at 2 am in the ER, but he brightened my day. I even had an accident going to the restroom, and he assured me that it was ok and gave me clothes to replace my soiled ones. I am very glad to have met him and hope that other patients are fortunate enough to have a nurse like John helping with their care. Additionally, he didn’t treat me like a task to “get done,” but he took the time to answer my questions and gave explanations based on the information he had at that time. He was absolutely wonderful, and I am grateful to have had him as my nurse.
