On June 30th, my grandpa was brought to ER by squadcar. He started getting confused and we would have to call out for help a lot. When Jonathan came on shift, he was constantly checking on my grandpa , as well as me and my grandma. He seemed to be going above and beyond to help us and my grandpa. He definitely kept us informed and our nerves calmed.
