Jonelle was amazing. She is sweet and caring-just a great lady. Jonelle works in our Emergency Department and is often greeted with patients who are not in the best of spirits. Our Professional Practice Council wanted to recognize her for taking ownership of her professional practice and helping her patients cope with difficult times.
