We could tell from the first minute that Jong was going to be great. His excellent cheerful demeanor and bright smile lightened my Mom’s whole stay. She said she has never had a Nurse able to respond with lightning speed which he met all her needs. Knowing that he was caring for my mother, made me feel comfortable enough to go home and get a break myself since I could tell I trusted him enough to care for one of the most important people in my life. She loved that he was so incredibly kind and it absolutely made her day when he spoke so endearingly to her. Today she was super excited when she heard he would be caring for her again. We were very, very impressed. There have been so many great nurses, (CNAs, Doctors, Transporters, andHousekeeping) and I wish I could commend them all, but Jong really stands out like a shining star.
