Joni knew her job and did it well at the same time she was pleasant, friendly, cheerful, as well as professional. She went out of her way to make sure that I had all my needs met, that I was comfortable and that I understood each step of the process. My feeling was that I was being cared for by a close family member or friend. I'm convinced that all her patients feel that they have just met their new best friend. I can't say that I will be excited the next time my doctor says that I need another procedure, but because I was treated so well I will certainly insist that if all possible the procedure be done at the Plymouth Campus, with Joni in attendance.
