Joni Garcia was born and raised in the Philippines. She knew at a very early age that she wanted to be a nurse one day. Joni earned her BSN from Far Eastern University in Manila in 1991. Joni has been a pediatric OR nurse for many years and was recently highlighted in OR Today magazine due to her contributions at Children's Hospital Of Philadelphia. When Joni isn't working hard at CHOP, she also serves on medical mission trips to less fortunate countries, such as Guatemala and Peru. Joni has been traveling with TNAA since 2016, and we are very proud she chooses to work with us.
