Joni is such a good leader, resource, and team player. I recently had three discharges and an admission before nine in the morning. She stepped in, helped and enabled me to better care for my patients so that medications would not be late and the discharges would happen in a timely manner. She is not only attentive to her patients, she is attentive to her co-workers. Joni always looks and sees where she can help and what needs to be done. She is awesome to work with and any patient would be lucky to have her as their nurse.
