Joni was always welcoming me and my wife with a bright smile. Her positive attitude and caring personality are contagious. Joni explained everything she was doing before, during, and after treatments. She made sure she answered any questions we might have. Joni treated us with respect at all times, and she knows that "laughter" can be the best medicine.
Joni and my husband developed a great rapport and had fun with his "buddy", the IV pole. They had fun exchanging hilarious comments, and it lifted my husband's spirits every time. Joni is very conscientious about her nursing care. She is very knowledgeable about the medicine, equipment, and procedures. We always felt comfortable and secure in her tender and loving care. We feel Joni is a DASIY nurse. She exemplifies wonderful nursing care and is a true role model for other nurses. We will miss Joni's kind and caring spirit.
