Joni is one of the most dedicated nurses I have ever seen. She always assures the patient comes first. She will hold her ground with a surgeon if there is anything that arises that is not 100% what is best for the patient. She is caring and compassionate. She involves herself in any sort of committee or group that works towards bettering the patient's safety and experience. I know I would pick her to be my operating room nurse if I had surgery. She's awesome!
