M was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, auntie, and daughter. Unfortunately, she was taken too soon and unexpectedly. Through this trying time Jonn Oswald was a beacon for our family. He made sure we knew every test, med, and lab result, and discussed in detail what it meant. He knew most of us that stayed that night by name, he joked with us when the time was right, and offered a comforting hand when it wasn't. The morning we lost her he stayed past his shift to continue to be our beacon. We cannot show enough appreciation for Jonn and the ICU staff during this terrible time. Thank you.
