Jonna Fichtner has been the bright spot in my hospital stay. From the first moment, she connected with me on a personal level. She has a bright, cheery demeanor; but was very professional. She clearly understood my medical situation, took the time to explain what she was doing, asked lots of questions and listened. As I watched her operate, it became clear to me she was intelligent and expedient in her duties. I'd say she is meticulous in her procedures. This must be the best nurse I've ever come across. I'm glad our local hospital has this level of care as it inspires trust.
One more thing; I'm allergic to everything and very anxious. Jonna knew I was worried about a new antibiotic I needed to take, so she literally sat with me through my infusion to re-assure me. Incredible skills and reading the situation!
