Jonna was called in to care for a very critical, very sad patient situation. There were many family members with many, many questions in addition to caring for the very critical patient. As Jonna always does, she cared for the patient seamlessly but even more impressive is how she cared for the family. She patiently answered all their questions and barely left the patient's room all night. She is amazing!
She is a delight to work with and her background in CCC has prepared her well for the Open Heart environment. She is calm and keeps working through whatever we throw her way. Jonna always has a smile and is very enthusiastic about being a nurse and her nursing profession.
We are very proud of Jonna as she has already proven herself to CVOR dealing with yet another difficult and complex patient recently. I am sure Jonna will continue to touch many patients' lives and do many great things yet to come!
