Jonnalee is not only extremely skilled, but she is also full of wit. We were very impressed with her techniques and care. One of many examples is: Our child was showing discomfort whenever a cold flush was being pushed. The IV was visibly and clearly intact. No redness, no leaking, nor swelling. Therefore, we assumed he was uncomfortable with the cold fluid. Jonnalee used a hospital disposable warm pack for comfort, and our child no longer cried every time the IC needed to be flushed or used to administer medication. She was very personable and always managed to make us and our child feel cared for. In addition, we appreciated that no matter how busy her assignment was, whenever we had any questions, she answered and addressed them immediately and efficiently.
