Jordan Banta, RN, BSN, PCCN

Having had so much trauma in our lives, over 36 years for 33 surgeries, hospitals are not a foreign place. My daughter was admitted here on Friday evening. Then, on Saturday, upon being admitted, we were greeted by Jordan in our room. His kindness, compassion, care, and sense of humor, joy, enthusiasm have been unmatched by anything we have ever experienced. Jordan is by far the best nurse we have ever experienced, and I am so grateful that he has taken care of J for three days in a row. We will truly miss him! Some people walk into your life, and it's easy to say goodbye, and I do not feel like we will ever want to say goodbye. There has been a friendship that just makes you want to continue.  As a mom, I am beyond grateful for the person Jordan is and the care he gives. If, for some reason, any of our family must return. I hope Jordan will be one of the nurses who will care for us. He's the best of the best!

Jordan has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am okay. The level of compassion and empathy shown has been so incredible. His laugh and smile are contagious. He is a joy and delight, when you're going through something hard. He gives guidance and encouragement, Impeccable bedside manners. He cares about having a conversation, to establish a trust. I am so thankful to have had Jordan take care of me.
