Jordan Barthel, RN

Jordan is regularly recognized by her peers for her incredible teamwork, patient advocacy, and support in urgent situations. She is a very competent and compassionate person who does a great job with teaching both patients and other staff. Jordan is new to the resource role and has done a marvelous job transitioning to this new role while also being involved in various shared governance activities. She has done a great job supporting new staff and float staff in the resource role and is always flexible, approachable, and calm. She also strives to improve systems to ensure clinical excellence and safety.
