My mom has stayed in this hospital at least 10 times now, she had all kinds of nurses. We have never had a nurse like Jordan. Where do I begin, her first impression was great, she was always trying to liven up the room with her funny, beyond-caring, positive personality. My mom, myself, and my family need all the positivity we can get at this time, and Jordan’s beyond that. She’s always on top of everything big or small. My mom definitely doesn’t go without nor have to wait for long periods of time. Her pain management was Jordan's top priority and I can't begin to thank her enough. Any question we had she’d answer or get an answer very quickly. Nobody else did that for us. We dread her leaving at the end of the day and can't wait and hope for her to return the next. We had several issues with her night nurses and she made sure we got a different one the next night and did everything she could to try to make things the best they could be for us while she was gone. Jordan, you were awesome!!! We loved you!!! Thank you for everything!!
