From the moment her shift began, Jordan has consistently exemplified the core values that the DAISY Award represents. She created space to laugh and cry, making me feel seen and heard, bringing ease to a stressful, emotionally tolling situation. Her level of care has been top-notch, anticipating my needs before they arose, it seemed. My focus of impact, though, is her ability to connect with me as a human being. Jordan is fantastic at helping patients and over-stressed caregivers with adjusting to recurrent hospital stays. My brother has been in the hospital several times this month, and I was really stressed. She helped me understand my feelings and took excellent care of my brother. She truly is a great nurse!
