Jordan made every effort to make me comfortable and aware of where she stood in my care and meds at all times. Her bedside manner was very knowledgeable but so kind at the same time. At no point did she let me feel embarrassed or scared. I felt so safe like a good friend was caring for me. I was happy to see her each morning knowing I'd be well taken care of all day. I could go on and on even though it was a very scary experience being in the hospital for 3 days. She made it bearable because she did her utmost to keep me in good spirits. My mother (a nurse of 35 years) complimented her on her skills as well as how knowledgeable she was, and that was a big deal to me. She is a standout nurse but also a great person. Thank you so much.
