My son needed an IV and he wasn't being very cooperative, plus fussy. Our nurse asked what he liked to watch. I told her and she pulled out her phone and pulled up Netflix, started watching it with him and talked to make him more comfortable. Then she proceeded to install the IV in a nice, professional caring manner which his mother and I thought was amazing. She is a very caring, amazing, professional nurse. She also went out of her way to make sure we were informed of everything that was happening, and what was to come. She made sure we understood what she was talking about, and if we didn't understand she took the time to explain it in a way we could understand. She was never short with an answer or rude in any way. Thank you, Jordan.
