He practices clear communication and has a sixth sense about what his patients need, whether it be comfort and care or quiet and rest.
Jordan makes his patients feel important and comfortable and takes the extra steps to help their families in any way he can. He is also an exceptional resource to his co-workers. He goes above and beyond to help when anyone is overwhelmed and in need. Jordan is also an exceptional educator, spreading knowledge and skill to our new workforce and teaching others to provide the level of care coveted by his patients.
